Introduction

WEB Congestion income represents the revenue collected by TSOs from the allocation of cross-zonal transmission. This document establishes the methodology for congestion income distribution, hereafter referred to as WEB Congestion Income Distribution Methodology (WEB-CIDM).

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide a clear and transparent methodology for the distribution of WEB Congestion income. This methodology will ensure that WEB Congestion income is distributed in a fair and equitable manner, and that the incentives for efficient investment in the transmission system are maintained.
